Our story and focus
MasterNow Investments is a multifamily real estate investment company based in North Carolina. We focus on acquiring, operating, and improving multifamily properties, primarily in Colorado, North Carolina, South Carolina, Florida, and Texas, and we remain open to compelling opportunities in other markets.
Our leadership team’s multifamily portfolio represents approximately $90 million in property value. We bring that experience to every opportunity we evaluate, and we are building AI into how we find, analyze, and pursue deals.

Erik Leslie brings more than 15 years of experience in business growth, leadership development, and performance improvement. Through MasterNow Investments, he combines his business experience with multifamily real estate investing and a forward-looking approach to artificial intelligence.
Erik also founded MasterNow Intelligence, helping businesses implement practical AI solutions to improve efficiency, decision-making, and growth.
